For more than two decades, I led large, distributed teams across 140+ locations and 2,000+ employees. I’ve operated in highly regulated environments, served on the Michigan Board of Pharmacy, and led governance modernization efforts for community organizations.

I learned that performance isn’t about working harder — it’s about building the right structures, developing capable leaders, and creating clarity at every level.
I also learned that many organizations don’t fail because of lack of effort. They fail because of unclear governance, inconsistent leadership expectations, and operational systems that can’t scale.
After years of leading teams, modernizing governance structures, and navigating regulatory complexity, I launched my consulting practice to help organizations build the foundations they need to grow with confidence.
